Hansen (undisclosed) suffered an injury during the Texans' scrimmage Thursday.
Head coach Bill O'Brien didn't offer much in the way of an update on Hansen's status but said he will have more information on the injury tomorrow. The wideout took a hard hit from cornerback Lonnie Johnson Jr. Hansen is competing for a reserve and special-teams role after bouncing around the league the past couple of years.
