Per coach David Culley, there's "a possibility" that Amendola (knee) could play Sunday against the Chargers, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Amendola has been designated to return from IR, but this nugget suggests that he's not a lock to be activated for the contest. If he is, Amendola could see immediate snaps out of the slot while bolstering a Week 16 Houston WR corps that may be without Brandin Cooks (reserve/COVID-19 list).
