Veasy signed a contract with the Texans on Thursday, Mark Lane of USA Today reports.
Veasy hasn't yet appeared in an NFL game, but he'll join Houston for training camp following the recent departures of Randall Cobb and Donte Moncrief (undisclosed). The 26-year-old is a long shot to make the 53-man roster.
