Veasy was elevated to the Texans' active roster from the practice squad Saturday for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Veasy saw the field in Week 15 for Houston and wasn't targeted on 13 offensive snaps. He could see some opportunities Sunday with Chris Conley (knee) questionable and Danny Amendola and Chris Moore both on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
