The Titans activated Sambrailo (undisclosed) from the PUP list Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Sambrailo missed the start of training camp, but, now that he's passed his physical, he can join in on practices. The veteran looks destined to handle a backup role at tackle for the Titans this season.
