Megna was recalled by the Avalanche on Friday.
Valeri Nichushkin (upper body) and Gabriel Landeskog (suspension) are both going to be unavailable for Saturday's game versus St. Louis, so Megna will likely immediately slot into the lineup against the Blues. Megna picked up two helpers in seven games with the Avs last season.
