Kampf was reassigned to AHL Rockford on Sunday.
Kampf spent 46 games with the big club this season and posted 11 points. The 23-year-old winger is eligible for the Calder Cup Playoffs, but AHL Rockford hasn't clinched yet and will have three more games to claim its spot.
