Couturier scored an empty-net goal on two shots, dished an assist and blocked two shots in Wednesday's 5-3 win over the Oilers.
Couturier helped out on Claude Giroux's opening tally in the first period before sealing the Flyers' win with an empty-netter of his own in the third. The 28-year-old Couturier has been excellent to begin the year, registering two goals and five helpers in five contests. He's added 11 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating in a first-line role that should continue to put him in good positions to produce offense.
