Crookshank was reassigned to AHL Belleville following Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Penguins.
Crookshank played in the contest but did not record a point. He has one goal through four NHL outings this season. He could be recalled if the Senators still need additional forward depth following the holiday break.
