We see blocked shots like these from big man and athletic wings seemingly every night. However, we don't often see a point guard come flying out of nowhere to throw a layup attempt into the stands. Washington Wizards point guard John Wall showed a little weak side help against Iman Shumpert of the New York Knicks.

Aside from seven turnovers, Wall's performance in the Wizards' 98-89 victory was ridiculous. He had 31 points on 10-of-18 shooting, seven assists, four rebounds, two steals, and one big block.
