When this year's over, there's no doubt that 2015 is going to go down as the year of the NFL helmet makeover.
Since the beginning of the year, we've seen NBA helmets, Star Wars helmets and even these crazy helmets. Oh, and let's not forget about the funky helmets below. I can't believe I almost forgot about the funky helmets.

Anyway, with NFL helmets undergoing what seems like a weekly redesign, it was only a matter of time before someone decided to combine them with Marvel characters -- and that's exactly what designer Justin Kozisek did this week.
You can see each team's Marvel helmet in the slideshow below. If the slideshow doesn't work for you, you can check out all 32 Marvel helmets here.

Obviously, Kozisek knows a thing or two about good timing. The designer released the Marvel helmets on the same day that Marvel's Avengers sequel is set to hit theaters.
The Spiderman helmet at the top of the page is my personal favorite and I think the Chiefs should start wearing it as soon as tomorrow -- and if the NFL says they can't wear it in games, then they should wear it in practice.
Kozisek also got creative with the Cowboys helmet, redesigning it with a Captain America logo because they're "America's Team." GET IT?
And one last reminder: If for some reason the slideshow above doesn't work for you, you can check out all 32 Marvel helmets here.
