The Raiders signed defensive back Larry Asante and wide receiver Andre Holmes to their restricted free agent contract tenders Tuesday, reports the CSN Bay Area.
Asante played in six games during the 2014 season and produced 24 tackles, while Holmes caught 47 passes for 693 yards and four touchdowns.
