Reynolds cleared waivers and was outrighted to Triple-A Salt Lake on Monday, Alden Gonzalez of MLB.com reports.

Reynolds was subject to waivers after being designated for assignment on Friday but no team pursued him so he remained with the Angels. The 25-year-old then accepted an outright on Monday to head to Triple-A Salt Lake where he will continue his 2016 season. The RHRP gave up 10 earned runs over 16 innings with Double-A Arkansas earlier this year so it will be interesting to see how he performs after moving up a level in the Angels' farm system.
