Nationals' Gabe Klobosits: Optioned to Triple-A

Klobosits was optioned to Triple-A Rochester on Tuesday, Matt Weyrich of NBC Sports Washington reports.

Klobosits had been with the big-league team since late July. He recorded an unremarkable 5.56 ERA and 1.59 WHIP over his 11.1 innings in the majors, striking out just five while walking the same number. If he returns down the stretch, it will likely be in a low-leverage role.
