Taylor isn't in the Pirates' lineup for Saturday's game against the Giants, Andrew Destin of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Taylor will sit down Saturday after going 2-for-4 during the Pirates' loss in Friday's series opener. While he rests, Bryan Reynolds, Jack Suwinski and Connor Joe will start across Pittsburgh's outfield.
