Goodrum went 2-for-3 with a walk and a solo home run in Saturday's loss to the Yankees.
Goodrum is batting just .211 through 21 games, but he's made up for it somewhat with four home runs, with three of those long balls coming in his last nine games. The Tigers like the 29-year-old's defense at shortstop, so he should continue to see regular playing time.
