Matt Gelb@MattGelb1H agoPhillies 5, Mets 4 (F/10). An impressive (and weird) comeback win for the Phillies, who have not lost consecutive games in 20 days. Bryson Stott with two important swings. The Phillies are 29-13.

Matt Gelb@MattGelb1H agoPhillies and Mets combining forces to play the dumbest game. Summer has come early.
-
Scott Lauber@ScottLauber2H agoTwo on, nobody out, #Phillies trailing by one run, and here comes Kyle Schwarber to pinch hit against Mets closer Edwin Díaz in the ninth inning.
-
Matt Gelb@MattGelb2H agoKyle Schwarber is on deck. The Phillies have the tying run on base in the ninth.
-
Scott Lauber@ScottLauber3H agoTruly bizarre third inning for Cristopher Sánchez, who loaded the bases on a double, a walk, and a single, then walked in a run, then struck out the next three batters on nine pitches. #Phillies trail 3-1.
-
Scott Lauber@ScottLauber6H agoSomething to watch over these four games: The Mets have allowed 53 stolen bases, most in the majors, in 56 attempts. The Phillies have stolen 49 bases, fourth most in the majors, with an 83% success rate (league average is 80%).

Matt Gelb@MattGelb7H agoKyle Schwarber and J.T. Realmuto said they are day-to-day. Neither expressed a great deal of concern, although with Tuesday being a 1 p.m. game, the day-to-day could extend to Wednesday. Phillies playing short until then.

Todd Zolecki@ToddZolecki1D agoMarlins 7, Phillies 6 in 10 innings Zack Wheeler wasn't himself today, allowing six runs in four innings. Phillies tied the game in the sixth, but couldn't get the big hit late. A ball deflects off Gregory Soto's backside and into the outfield to score Miami's winning run.
