Boston recalled Walsh from the G League's Maine Celtics on Friday.
The Celtics continue to rest numerous regulars because they've almost locked up the No. 1 seed already, so Walsh was elevated for depth. He played three minutes during Friday's win in Detriot and scored two points but didn't see any action in Saturday's win in Chicago.
