Celtics' Xavier Tillman: Good to go Thursday

Tillman (knee) is available for Thursday's game versus the Hawks, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

Tillman has been upgraded from questionable to available Thursday after missing Boston's previous contest due to left knee inflammation. With Al Horford (toe) out, Tillman could receive increased playing time.
