Horford will be rested for Monday's game against the Heat.
No surprise here, as the Thunder will stick to their plan of holding Horford out of one-half of back-to-back sets. The big man played 28 minutes in Sunday's win over the Cavs, finishing with 16 points, eight boards, one assist and two steals. Expect Isaiah Roby to start in Horford's place Monday.
