Williams (knee) signed a two-year, two-way contract with Portland on Monday, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.

Williams, an undrafted rookie out of Arizona, previously made his NBA debut with Portland earlier this season when the Trail Blazers were without several players due to COVID-19 health and safety protocols. He made a pair of appearances for Portland in late December, playing 12 minutes in total. He's otherwise spent the 2021-22 campaign with the G League's Westchester Knicks, averaging 22.8 points, 6.4 assists and 4.1 rebounds in 33.1 minutes per game through 13 appearances. He hasn't played for Westchester since Feb. 13 due to a sore right knee, though the injury is believed to be a day-to-day concern.
