Sanders caught three of six targets for 22 yards in Monday's 14-10 loss to the Patriots.
On a blustery night where Josh Allen threw 30 hard-to-pinpoint passes, Sanders drew 20 percent of those targets. However, he hasn't found the end zone since Week 5 and hasn't hit 100 receiving yards all season, so he remains a fringe fantasy option at best. Sanders' outlook should at least improve a bit Week 14, as the Buffalo offense will need to keep pace with a high-powered Tampa Bay offense that also boasts a tough run defense that could prompt the Bills to lean on a pass-heavy game plan.
