Baltimore waived Victor from its active roster Monday.
Just a couple days after he signed with the team, the Ravens decided they wanted to part ways with Victor as a member of the 53-man roster. Unless he's claimed by another team during the current waiver period, the 25-year-old receiver is set to become an unrestricted free agent.
