Peterson (head) is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return Sunday against the Seahawks. Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Peterson will likely return if he is unable to pass the concussion test. However, if he can not return, Antonio Hamilton will likely see extra work as depth in the Cardinals' secondary.
