The Raiders waived Lacy on Tuesday, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Lacy signed with Las Vegas after the team released Jordan Veasy two weeks ago. The undrafted product out of Oklahoma State caught three passes for 60 yards with the Lions in 2019, but he hasn't appeared in an NFL regular season game since.
