Las Vegas waived Lacy (undisclosed) from injured reserve with an injury settlement Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Lacy will be eligible to sign with a team once his health allows. The 27-year-old wideout last logged a regular-season snap back in 2019.
