Kelly has exited Sunday's game against the Patriots due to a head injury, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.
Kelly will likely be evaluated for a concussion and will not be able to return if he suffered one. While he is out of the game, Wesley French has taken over at center.
