Kelly (concussion) was ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Patriots, Kevin Hickey of USA Today reports.
Kelly sustained the head injury in the second quarter and was ruled out in the third. This is the second concussion he has suffered this season but he'll have an extra week to recover and clear the league's protocols for Week 12 against the Buccaneers on Nov. 26.
