Basham (illness) is inactive against the Giants on Thursday, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Basham has spent most the season on IR due to a thigh injury, and he'll now miss another game due to an illness. Due to his limited time on the field this season, it's unlikely his absence will impact the teams depth on the defensive line much.
