Hughes is being evaluated for a concussion and is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bears, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
Hughes appeared to sustain a head injury in the third quarter and was taken to the medical tent to be evaluated for a concussion. He leaves the game with three tackles (two solo).
