Ximines will be a part of the active roster for Sunday's matchup with the Cardinals in Week 2, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Ximines will join the active roster and help replace Azeez Ojulari (hamstring) on New York's defense. Ximines appeared in 15 contests last season, recording 24 tackles, including two sacks.
