Carter (undisclosed) was removed from Tennessee's practice squad COVID-19 list Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Carter landed on the COVID-19 list Dec. 13 but has since been able to clear protocols. However, he remains on the practice squad injured list with an undisclosed injury. He has played in one game for the Titans this season, seeing work exclusively on special teams in Week 5 against the Jaguars.
