Carter (undisclosed) was released from the Titans' injured reserve list Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Carter was anticipated to sit out the entirety of the 2022 season after shifting to IR in May. Once his health improves, the 28-year-old with 26 tackles to his name in 29 NFL games will be free to sign elsewhere.
