Echols (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against Kansas City, Ethan B. Greenberg of the Jets' official site reports.
Echols was initially deemed doubtful to return, so it's not very surprising to see him ruled out for the rest of the game. His next opportunity to suit up will be next Sunday against the Broncos, but it's unclear whether he'll be able to do so.
