Hanson (concussion) won't play in Sunday's game at New England, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.
Hanson has started at center for the Jets in each of their last four games, but a concussion he sustained at Cleveland will keep him out of their season finale. Rookie second-rounder Joe Tippmann could get the nod at center Sunday in Hanson's absence.
