Daley is being evaluated for a concussion, Alaina Getzenberg of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Daley came up with an important fumble recovery at the 11:20 mark of the second quarter, after running back Rodney Smith coughed up the ball on Carolina's own 10-yard line. Daley had to exit on the subsequent offensive series, meaning Michael Schofield will slide in at right guard until he is able to return. Typical starter John Miller (knee/ankle) was ruled out before kickoff.
