Panthers' Tyler Larsen: Plays in Friday's contest

Larsen (elbow) played eight snaps in Friday's 25-14 preseason win over the Patriots.

It wasn't much, but it proves Larsen has shaken off his hyperextended elbow. He'll serve as Ryan Kalil's backup when Week 1 kicks off.
