Davis (ankle) was placed on injured reserve on Monday, ESPN's Jamison Hensley reports.
A third-round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, the 24-year-old Davis is probably Baltimore's leading candidate to be removed from IR mid-season. However, he was only expected to provide depth even before he suffered the injury, likely rotating in at defensive tackle.
