Skura officially signed a one-year tender with the Ravens on Monday, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.
Skura came into the league with Baltimore and started all 16 games last season at center for the team. The deal doesn't mean he's a sure starter for 2019, however, as the Ravens could still look to add an offensive lineman in the upcoming NFL Draft.
