Phillips (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.
The 23-year-old suffered a high-ankle sprain Sunday against the Steelers and underwent an MRI on Monday, though the results of the imaging remain unclear. Phillips will be sidelined for at least the next three games, so he'll first be eligible to return for the Thanksgiving Day rematch with Pittsburgh. Patrick Mekari is poised to work at right guard in the meantime for the Ravens.
