The Texans signed Arnold to their 53-man roster Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Just two days after waiving Arnold, Houston has decided to bring back the 26-year-old nickel safety. The majority of Arnold's production throughout his four-year NFL career has come this season, as he's appeared in seven games for the Texans and recorded 18 total tackles, including one tackle for loss.
