Vikings' Ben Sims: Signs with Minnesota

Minnesota signed Sims as an undrafted free agent Saturday.

Sims caught 76 passes for 780 yards and 12 touchdowns over his final three seasons at Baylor. The 6-foot-5 tight end joins a deep group led by T.J. Hockenson, so Sims likely will have to display a willingness to compete on special teams if he hopes to land a spot on the Vikings' initial 53-man roster.
