Hill was activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday.
Hill was placed in the league's health and safety protocols ahead of Sunday's loss to the Vikings and was inactive for the contest. However, the 29-year-old offensive lineman has cleared protocols and is expected to fill his usual reserve role behind Christian Darrisaw during the team's Week 17 showdown with the Packers.
