Biegel (Achilles) was waived off Miami's injured reserve with an injury settlement Tuesday, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
Biegel re-signed with the Dolphins in the spring after missing all of last season with a torn Achilles, but he landed back on injured reserve toward the end of camp. The 28-year-old will now be free to sign elsewhere once healthy, though it's unclear when that may be.
