Avalanche's Kyle Burroughs: Returned to minor-league affiliate

Burroughs was reassigned to AHL Colorado on Friday, Adrian Dater of ColoradoHockeyNow.com reports.

Burroughs has only cracked the lineup once in Colorado's last nine games, so this move doesn't come as a surprise. He's picked up one helper through five NHL appearances this season.
