Rosen was waived by the Blues on Sunday, Chris Johnston of TSN reports.
Rosen dressed in 49 games for St. Louis last year, tallying eight goals and 18 points in the process. The 29-year-old will be among the first players promoted as an injury replacement for the Blues if he clears waivers.
