Walman was recalled from the taxi squad Monday, Jim Thomas of The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Walman will add depth on the blue line after the Blues placed Robert Bortuzzo (upper body) on injured reserve. However, Niko Mikkola likely has the upper hand if there's a late scratch for Monday's game against the Sharks.
