Raanta (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.
Raanta won't be eligible to be activated from injured reserve until March 31. It's unclear if he'll be recovered from his injury at that point. With Raanta and Darcy Kuemper (lower body) sidelined, Adin Hill is the new No. 1 for the Coyotes.
