Stone scored an empty-net goal and added an assist in a 5-2 win over Nashville on Wednesday. He also had five shots and two PIM.
It was a long time coming for Stone, who finally broke into the goal-scoring column when he buried his empty-netter with 1:52 left in the third period. Stone also assisted on a Chandler Stephenson goal for his first multi-point effort since Opening Night. Stone has one goal and seven assists in eight games this season.
