Martin was not on the ice with the team Tuesday, Andrew Gross of Newsday reports.
Barring anything more long term, Martin should be in line for a spot on the fourth line during the play-in series clash with Florida. Unless the format values hits, the winger won't produce much in terms of fantasy value during the playoffs.
